Steps to Buying Your Warranty

Quick Notes:

  • Please double check all information above for accuracy.

  • Your vehicle must still be covered by the factory bumper to bumper warranty, unless you are extending an existing GMPP coverage.

  • If you are extending an existing coverage, your vehicle must have both 2 months "and" 2,000 miles remaining on the coverage.

  • I can be reached at Bradley Chevrolet in Parker, AZ; Phone number - 928-669-2228. Justin Green, Finance Manager.

  • GMPP customer service can be reached at - 800-631-5590.

If Buying a GMPP Major Guard:

  1. Complete the order form above.

  2. I will mail you a copy of the GMPP contract [Sample GMPP Contract], along with a brochure, a return envelope, my business card and a credit card authorization form (if paying by credit card).

  3. I will need you to initial the contract and sign the contract on the front side where noted. The second copy of the contract is your copy to keep.

Washington Residents: Washington residents will also need to sign the back of the contract on all for pages in the Washington Disclosure section.

If you are paying by credit card, I will also need you to complete the credit card authorization form and sign it.

  4. After you've signed, I'll need you to return the contract (minus your copy) and the credit card authorization form (if applicable) using the return envelope included.

    Once your contract is received...

  5. Once we receive your contract, I will email to let you know that it has been received. It will then take 1-2 business days to have your contract input into the GMPP system.

Once entered, GMPP has a validation process that each contract goes through and this process takes between 24-48 hours to complete.

During the validation process, you will be able to call to confirm that your contract has been input, but your contract won't be active until the validation is complete. GMPP customer service can be reached at 800-631-5590.

  6. Once your contract has been validated, GMPP will send you out additional information regarding your coverage. One of the items will be the Agreement terms. Here is a copy of a sample agreement which outlines what Major Guard covers and does not cover.

Congratulations, you're done! Told you it was easy.

If Buying Vehicle One Coverage:

The process for buying a Vehicle One warranty is basically the same as for GMPP...

  1. Complete the order form above.

  2. I will mail you a copy of the Vehicle One contract along with a brochure, a return envelope, my business card and a credit card authorization form (if paying by credit card).

  3. I will need you to sign the contract on the front side where noted. The top copy of the contract is your copy to keep along with the last four pages (Coverage Key Benefits).

If you are paying by credit card, I will also need you to complete the credit card authorization form and sign it.

  4. After you've signed, I'll need you to return the contract (minus your copies) and the credit card authorization form (if applicable) using the return envelope included.

    Once your contract is received...

  5. Once we receive your contract, I will email to let you know that it has been received. Vehicle One contracts are batched twice each month, once on the 5th and once on the 20th.

We mail all contracts with payment vs. online entry like GMPP. Your coverage is good from the date on the contract, but it may take up to 10 business days from when they are mailed from the dealership to when they are actually received and input at Vehicle One.

Vehicle One's Administrator, Universal Warranty Corporation, handles all claims and customer service. They can be reached at 866-215-7080.

  6. Once your contract has been entered into the Vehicle One / Universal Warranty Corp. system, they will mail you additional information, such as an ID card. The ID card will outline the details of your coverage, i.e. expiration date, expiration miles and contact numbers for claims and roadside assistance.

Congratulations, you're done! Told you it was easy.
