Drive Financial Complaints and Potential Lawsuit

by Dr. E. Vasin
(San Jose, CA)

Review: My Drive Financial complaints and potential lawsuit. My experience was and still is awful!

In 2005 loan was paid completely and lien put on the pink slip by Drive Financial. After hours of information exchange, the lien finally was removed and I received my ownership pink slip for my car - Mits. Spider Eclipse 2004.

But there were now changes made in DMV records associated with the car, that I found during registration. These records still showed a lien with Drive Financial!

When I called Drive Financial there is no way to reach a live person from customer service to talk to and I was not in their automated system by SSN.

You guys suck!

I will get you anyway, even via the court system!
